  I called Tina's office about a rental on on a Tuesday or Wed in 2017. Her assistant, Stephanie said she was not in the office but she would call me. Meanwhile Stephanie said'You sound like the perfect tenant', which is true, I'm a 64 year old single occupant with no pets. She instructed me to fill out their application and pay the fee 50, no problem. I have a TransUnion score over 750, and perfect credit, but during the application, the question arose 'Special needs/disabilities', and I responded Yes, wheelchair access. Friday came and almost went with no call from Tina, no text, and no email. Nothing Saturday or Sunday. Now Monday, November 27th,2017 I had to call for Tina again, 6 days later. Three hours later Tina calls me back and has a lousy, terrible attitude right away. Her attitude put me off, like I had been bothering her, but she asked for a few more documents (Bank Statements that were perfect and certainly no bank charges for YTD 2017, and my Disability proof of income. She sounded skeptical of my disability until I told her I was amputated above the knee, and have spent a lot of time in Physical Therapy this year, and I can legally drive, and walk assisted with arm crutches. Nonetheless, I didn't see any way I could drive my wheelchair into any of the entrances without a ramp, which was never offered. I sent the requested documents on Monday. Tuesday morning I never received a call from Tina I called again at 10:31, Stephanie took a message. Three hours later I received an email from Tina saying I was not approved 'DUE TO CREDIT', although she told me the day before that she agreed I have excellent credit. Also it seems if Tina has ever even been inside the property since she doesn't seem to know how many bathrooms are in the property. Tina has continued to advertise the property as a "1 Bathroom" and "Carport", neither of which are true.
  It's really a 1.5 bath with a Garage.
  This realtor has no rating with her current Employer so it was 'my bad' for not paying more attention. The Employee is poorly trained, at best.
